Veggie Lo Mein

3 heads baby bok choy
1 red pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup sugar snap peas, halved
1 carrot, sliced and halved
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1 cup baby corn nuggets
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp chili garlic sauce *optional*
4 cloves garlic, minced
10 oz. cooked Lo Mein noodles

• Prep all vegetables and add to large pot and cook over medium heat.

• In a mason jar add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chili flakes, and garlic. Shake well until sauce ifs fully combined
 

• Add sauce to vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender. Add noodles 
 

*For a vegetarian Lo Mein, omit the oyster sauce

*Mix in different vegetables or add cooked chicken or beef for some extra protein
