Spicy Shrimp Tacos

1 lb fresh shrimp (de-veined, tails removed)
2 tbsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz diced green chilies
2 tbsp Cholula hot sauce
1 red pepper, diced
1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce
salt & pepper
2 limes
corn tortillas
sour cream
curdito
queso fresco



• In a medium bowl combine cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne, paprika, and the juice of 1 lime. Add in shrimp and mix until fully coated

• Saute garlic, red pepper, and green chilies over medium heat until fragrant. Add Tomato paste, Cholula and chili garlic sauce


• Add shrimp to pan and mix until fulling combined. Season with salt & pepper and cook, mixing occasionally until sauce thickens and shrimp is cooked through

• Toast corn tortillas prior to serving. Fill with shrimp mixture and top with sour cream, queso fresco, curtido & fresh lime juice
