Spinach Artichoke Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tsp garlic aioli

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp basil

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper

12 oz chopped spinach (cooked)

12 oz can marinated artichoke hearts

1/2 cup grated Parmesan 

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

salt & pepper

 

• Preheat oven to 350°
 

• In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, with the exception of 1 cup shredded mozzarella

• Put mixture into pie dish and top with remaining mozzarella 
 

• Bake 20 - 25 min.

• Set oven to broil and bake for an additional ~5 min so until cheese on top is a toasty golden brown
