Shishito Peppers
1 lb shishito Peppers
2 tbsp olive oil
2 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp sea salt
*optional* 2 tsp chili garlic sauce or spicy chili crisp
• Heat olive oil over medium heat, add in garlic and cook until fragrant
• Add in shishito peppers & cook ~8-10 min. until blistered, occasionally flipping

• Add seat salt, mix and serve
• If adding chili paste, add after salt and mix well so that the peppers are well coated
*Makes for the perfect appetizer or side with Chicken Fajitas!
