Steak Tip Marinade

2 lbs steak tips
1/2 cup worcestershire
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp dijon mustard
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 (or more) cloves roast garlic, halved *optional*
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp yellow mustard seeds
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper



• Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together
 

• Poke steak tips with a knife and season with salt and pepper. Add to bowl
 

• Cover tightly and refrigerate ~12-24 hours. Cook to desired doneness
