Crepes

Crepes:
3 tbsp. butter (plus more for cooking)

1 1/4 cup flour

1 1/2 tsp. sugar

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup water

2 large eggs

1 tbsp. vanilla

1 tsp almond *optional 

Cream Filling:
1 cup marshmallow Fluff

3/4 cup cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
 

• Melt butter and set aside to cool a bit
 

In a blender combine flour, sugar, milk, water, eggs, vanilla, almond & cooled butter
 

•  Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into bowl or a mason jar. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least an hour or overnight.

•  On med. - high heat, heat butter on crepe pan or large saucepan

 

•  Pour batter in a thin layer. Once edges start to bubble and turn a golden brown, carefully flip with a large spatula. Continue until all crepes are made
 

•  For the cream filling, mix all ingredients (fluff, cream cheese, and whipping cream) in a bowl with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy
 

• Serve crepes with cream filling & sliced fruit inside. Drizzle with nutella, honey, peanut butter, or chocolate syrup on top. So many delicious combinations
