Broccoli Cheddar Quiche
1 piecrust
8 eggs
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
2 broccoli crowns, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp crushed red pepper
salt & pepper

• Preheat oven to 350 °
• Roll out pie crust and press into greased quiche or pie dish
• Saute garlic, onions & broccoli in butter over medium heat until onions are almost translucent and let cool
• In a large bowl, whisk eggs with milk and add cooled broccoli/onion mixture. Add in crushed red pepper and seson with salt & pepper
• Pour into dish & bake for ~20-25 min
