Mustard Roasted Cauliflower
2 cups cauliflower, steamed & chopped
2 tbspn stone ground (or dijon) mustard
1/2 tspn garlic powder
1/2 tspn onion powder
3 tbspn olive oil
1 tspn lemon juice
salt
pepper
• Preheat oven to 425°
• Add all ingredients, except the cauliflower, into a bowl and whisk until completely combined
• Add cauliflower to bowl and mix until fully coated in sauce
• Spread cauliflower in thin layer on parchment-lined baking sheet
• Bake at 425° for ~15 min, and then broil for ~3-5 min. until tops of florets are charred
